The ARRL recently changed its club competition rules for competition
eligibility. Starting next Fall (Nov. 1, 2002), to compete on behalf of a
club, a ham needs to be a "member in good standing" as defined by that
club. The 2-meetings-per-year rule will be replaced.
Before that time, we should amend the SECC bylaws to include a new
definition of "member in good standing." We can have some discussion
of this at the Kennahoochie Hamfest.
