[SECC] SECC Meeting 6/1/2002 -- Minutes

In the minutes published a few days ago, it was noted I had not made a
report on re-positioning the center of the SECC circle. Shortly after
the last meeting, I did make such a recommendation. To who, I can't
remember.

But for what it's worth, I recommended moving the Longitude of the
location exactly 12 miles to the west of it's current position. W4OC was
primarily affected, but still has a location inside 3 miles of the
circle.
