[SECC] Rumor on NY4N QSLing

Jeff, Would be interested in the reply from 'UR'. It's very common for
people to post to the internet clusters and bootleg someones callsign as the
sender. When this happens we don't know who is responsible. The person of
which the subject was about , as well as the one whose call was used to make
the post are both victims.
