[SECC] Solar flare?

What just happened to the bands?  Sailing along on 10 meters in the SS and
suddenly at abut 17:15 UTC there's no signals at all.  Just tuned across 15,
20, and 40 meters and don't hear anything there either.  My antenna is still
up in the air so I guess we just had another flare?
