Comments:
FT1000MP, Alpha 78, 1 KW, dipole, inverted vee. 20M was open only to the
Pacific and South America. No QSOs there. 40M was OK. Little long for K9BGL
and W9RE, but QSOs OK. Stations further out were quite good including NN7SS,
QRP from WA, and NO3M/M and N9LAH/M. Stations spread out well. But, not too
many. No real Sprinters worked on 80. Only FL and SC #1 QSO stations. Had to
take 8 minutes out to get a couple of floor fans out of our daughter's car. Our
air conditioner failed Friday and we can't even get an estimate before Monday.
May be a hot time in the QRO hamshack for tonight's Sprint. Thanks for the
QSOs and CU tonight on three bands. 73, John, K4BAI.
