I got really lucky!  I'm back in '4' land, and with an unchanged CW
weight!

If anyone has any questions about the vanity call process (not the
process where you find SK's and cancel them), but the process of how to
get (at least close to what) you want, please email me.

After a painful start, I found a handle on how to submit applications in
such a way that there is minimal competition (at least for the non- W4DX
type calls - hi hi).
