Same story as the rest of us here in the SE. Listening to the bands all
week it
was a hard decision to do the full 36 or not, but it kept getting easier to
not
do it as the week went on. Condx were poor - the lack of the new 10 and 15
antennas here didn't matter. The contest started with thunderstorms
overhead -
big ones - and the antennas all disconnected. Ended the same way. First
QSO
was Saturday morning. Must have pulled the antennas loose at least four
times.
Even 40 to EU was a strugle with the QRN wiping out serial numbers.
2X FT-1000MP + ACOM 2000A. Wet wires in the wet woods hooked to wet open
wire
line - not so good.
