A task being done by the CAC was leaked to the amateur press. An advisory
task is a discussion of contest rules and is not designed to change the
rules. Remember the CAC is "advisory".
Any discussion on changing the rules is premature
and speculation.
We have had several taskings in the DXAC and hopefully these will remain
private. As a mater of fact disclosing the discussions without ARRL HQ
approval is NOT allowed.
Cool down gang. The CAC is not going to radically change the ARRL DX
Contests.
