careful about SECC team listings in the future. I have accepted his
apology on behalf of all of us. I asssume we could all resubmit our
scores and show the teams now, but I am not inclined to go to all that
trouble. We will be properly listed in the results, by which time I

First of all the good news - you successfully registered your four SECC teams.
They are now included in the team dropdown on the NAQP CW 3830 form.
You are correct that the team list on 3830scores.com for the NAQPs and Sprints
come from the official registration information since I have direct access (and
permission to use) the team registration database. However, this is not an
automated process - it's me reading a list off of my computer screen and
manually typing each team name into a text file. As a result there are
periodically errors. Yesterday, I was rushed trying to get the list done before
going to dinner and managed (in hindsight) to skip from SCCC #3 to TCG #1,
missing the intervening SECC #1 through SECC #4. Please accept my apology.

Maybe you can help me understand what I did wrong and what I can do to
correct it for next weekend's NAQP SSB.
I registered four SECC teams for NAQP CW and got the usual confirmation
for each of them. But, while there were many teams on the
3830scores.com pull down for reporting scores to 3830, SECC teams were
not listed. This has happened once before and I was assured that the
teams would be credited correctly in the final score report. (But by
the time the final report comes out, I had moved on to other things and
I assume they were correctly reported, but am not sure.) Chris, KL9A,
who is the CW NAQP Manager has e-mailed K1ZZI that there is no
connection between NCJ and 3830. I have always assumed that 3830
somehow got the team registration information from the sponsor of the
contest. I can't figure out how the information could be obtained
elsewhere. Except for the one past incident, I have always had our teams
listed on 3830 with no problem. If there is something else I am
supposed to do to be sure that 3830 has our teams and the memebers of
the team, I don't know what to do. I have e-mailed Chris with this
question, but he has not answered as of this time.
I understand, of course, that if someone reports the wrong team, 3830
will report it exactly as it received it. One of our members posted to
SCCC#3 by mistake this weekend when he didn't see SECC#3 available on
the pull down.
Any help you can give me before next weekend will be appreciated. 73,
