[TRLog] Converting under Win95

I have been using WINCODE for converting the TR-log files coming via email
from Tree before I unzip them. Now I changed from Win 3.11 to Win 95 and
WINCODE doesn´t work any longer.
Any suggestions on another conversion tool?
