The .DOM file that is used for ARRL 10m can't handle /MMs. Found this out
when S51AG/MM wouldn't log. Not sure where else S50DC13P.DOM or whatever
it is might be used, so added r1, r2 & r3 to the end & saved it as
ARRL10.DOM & changed LOGCFG.DAT to use that file instead...
