[TRLog] IOTA Scoring

Has anyone already looked into scoring for the IOTA contest this 
year?? We are preparing for a major Island DXpedition and trying to 
decide what contesting software to use. If TR has the scoring done 
correctly this year I think I can get the group to adopt it.
