[TRLog] new user question: S&P mode "de callsign"

Hello,

Is there a way to set up TR such that it does not send "DE" when in S&P
mode?  It does this the first time you hit <CR> in S&P mode, then sends
only the callsign the second <CR>.   My preference is to send just my
callsign each time.  I've played around with the various forms of S&P
EXCHANGE in the configuration file without success.
