OK, I'll admit that even after a ton of work, the index still leaves a lot 
to be desired. I add more stuff with every iteration, but it seems like 
it's never enough. Sorry.

I assume that this is a different issue, since I don't see anything on page 
20 that refers to sidetone. There is a Table of Contents at the front -- 
this includes page numbers for all the tables, etc.

OK, OK. Note to myself: add more documentation about function keys for next 
version! Mention it in the index.

Seriously, though. I'm sorry for the areas where the documentation is 
lacking. The manual keeps getting larger and larger, but it always seems 
like there's plenty of stuff that isn't yet documented. It is a living 
document, and I try to include more stuff with each version, over and above 
keeping up with the changes to the program itself. Your input helps me to 
know where to focus my effort in improving it further.
