Cannot get TR to engage the orion rotor on com4. Logeqf was used to test
it, and eqf can turn it fine on com4. I put the Orion port = 4 command in
the logcfg.dat file
When I type alt-p or ctrl-p nothing happens. Is this because I don't have a
cty.dta file installed, or is there another trick I'm missing?
