But, technically, you have violated the rules of the contest---you failed to
copy accurately the message sent by the other station. And if you do that, the
contest checking software will penalize you.
It seems to me, the penalties should be assessed against the culprit -- who in
these cases are the KH2 and the KH6...
Shouldn't contest rules require that a station call reflects its country? And
if so, maybe those two individuals should learn their lessons this time when the
contest sponsor turns their entires into 'CHECK LOGS.'
Just a thought, but it'll have to suffice til a better one comes along.... 73 de
