[TRLog] PC Speaker Volume

Anyone know how to turn up the volume on the PC speaker?  Mine is barely
audible, although headphones plugged into the headphone jack on the laptop
sound board are plenty loud.  But, I also don't know how to control that
volume level in MS-DOS.
