Unlike contesting.com, Yahoo Groups harvests the email addresses of
their victims^M^M^M^M^M^M^Musers to sell to spammers. And I've never
understood why people want to post potentially virus-laden files to a
discussion forum, anyway. If you need to share a file with the whole
world, you can put it on a web site, post the URL, and let only those
who want to take the virus risk go get it. Plus, Yahoo has traditionally
been terrible about handling HTML email. The Mailman software on
contesting.com does an excellent job of stripping it clean.
