A bug introduced with the fast poll rate update in version 6.71. I have it fixed
for the next release. You need to tune at the rate of 10KHz/sec with the default
100ms poll rate. You will find that if you set the poll rate bakc to 1000 it
would change at the expected 1KHz/sec tune rate. SRI!
