6.72 worked for me just fine as a non-NE entry. I did notice that once
the county/state mult map was covered on the right by another window as
I worked a station, it often did not restore when I was done, leaving
the right 1/4 or so of the map missing. I say "often" because sometimes
it appeared just fine but I could never find the combination of events
that did this. Other than that, it appears it worked perfectly for me
and so far, the neqp.org robot has not rejected my log (it also hasn't
sent me a receipt either!) POST 6.72 came up with the same Q and mult
count and score as I did manually.
