What I do for the VA QSO Party is just add the states and provinces to the
.dom file with the Virginia counties. You still can't see all the
"domestic" mults on one screen even with the "big" mult screen enabled;
there are 96 counties in Virginia...
Then the ALT-G will show you the DX mults and the normal screen all the
domestic mults.

But it only lets you see two "types" of mults. In the Texas QSO Party,
there are Texas counties, W/VE states/provinces, and DXCC entities. Alt-G
was switching between counties and DXCC entities - there doesn't seem to
be a way to show the state mults.
