I have gotten a number of emails like the following:

Relax.

There was a version 6.81 of the POST program sent
to the update lists. This was only and update
to POST (POST.EXE and POST.OVR).

It was emailed out or or around May 9th.

As far as I know the only real thing that it fixed
and the reason it was sent out was to allow for
creation of Cabrillo format logs for the Internet sprINT
contest.

If you need this version of POST to create a cabrillo log
for the internet sprint in May I will be glad to send
it to you - but I will warn you that you have missed
the log deadline. :-)

If you did not get a copy of it at the time there could be
several reasons - the most likely one would be that it
was blocked by your spam filters or by a virus scanner/filter.

The updates are done with email list software and these emails
might look like spam or bulk emails to some spam filters.
The software is sent as an attached ZIP file and some ISPs and
companies are stripping off any zip file attachments in an effort
to stop viruses that are sent in this manner. It is also
possible that an ISP or company would even just discard any
email that contains a zip file attachment.

Since I expect these to be a small number of cases - if you
are having issues like this I can work with you to sort them out.
It might be best to wait for the next update that is sent out
and see if you do not get that one as well - since it is easier
for me to sort out email issues if I have recent mail log activity
to look at for delivery problems.
