Hi Dave:
There is a very clever, free, boot loader called GAG which
will give you a menu at boot time (press 1 for XP, 2 for
DOS sort of thing) and default to whichever you want after
a few seconds. Installing it would remove the requirement
for fiddling with the BIOS. See gag.sourceforge.net for
more information.
No, I didn't name it. The author is Spanish and the
name unfortunate! :-) It's by far the easiest one of these
programs I've run into to configure and install...
