[Trlog] Possible bug in POST

Hello,

a little isuue: if using name from TRMASTER database, the name is
ignored when its length is 2 characters only. Now it appears with F5MNK
(name LO). It must be a very old bug because it was in the initial
Tree's DOS version, I can remember similar problem with K4EF (name EV).
