[TenTec] Open Wire Line

I apologize to the tentec reflector owner, as I know this discussion on 
antennas/transmission lines is not directly related to TenTec gear, but it is 
indirectly related.


Assuming I'm only talking about open wire line here, what is the difference 
between the term 'feeders' and 'tuned feeders'?
