   Hi george,

I'm in a bit of a rush right now but wanted to respond. I just put my
DEM xverter onto my new Omni VI. There is a QST article regarding this;
howver, it needs a bit of a mod. What I did was use the AUX antenna
button to enable the xverter ports. To do this I picked off the AUX
LED's 1.4 on voltage and used this to fire a relay driver xstr that
takes 3mW predriver level and puts it out the back for TX. The AUX
antenna jack is already there for RX. I'll write more later.
