Yes, I am surprised George didn't install it for you to 
begin with.  INRAD figured out the need for the DC blocking
caps pretty quickly, the DC path makes problems for the 
switching bias on the diodes!  They now install the caps on
the board before sale.  You got an early one :-) .

Great filters, aren't they?  I use the two CW filters from
INRAD and they give me a few extra db from the lower loss.
