administrator qualities: quiet leadership. We hardly knew ye
were here! But, then, that's the hallmark of a great
leader/manager.

We'll try not to cause too much trouble for Jim....except maybe
from time to time throwing in a simulated brouhaha, diversion
from the reflector topic, sale of non-Ten-Tec items, etc. to keep
him on his toes.
