New Versions fo my Pegasus and RX-320 software are available.

Some of the new functions in the Version 1.43 Pegasus software are:

  1)
A new option in the settings menu has been added to allow local
time to be displayed as either 12 or 24 hour time format.

  2)
The digital data that appears on the spectrum sweep that describes
the frequency and strength has been changed to a much brighter
  font intensity.

  3)
If transmit is disabled, transmitting will not cause the transmit
  frequency to appear red.

  4)
More space has been allocated for the remote pod selection menus
to allow all the options to be displayed.

  5)
Improved remote pod keys doubling when struck slowly by adding
  a 50 millisecond keypad timer.

  6)
Changed the function of remote keypad keys 7, 8, and 9 when
DX SPLIT is set to 2. Key 7 is now an "A/B" key. Key 8 is
now an "A=B" key. Key 9 is now a "SPLIT" key. Setting DX SPLIT
to 1 leaves the 7, 8, and 9 keys as "UP" keys.

  7)
Added a reverse paddle check box for the keyer paddle. Clicking
this on causes the dit and dah paddles to reverse their definition.
The reverse paddle check box is in the CW settings window.

  8)
Added more Hot Keys. Press Alt H to get a menu of hot keys on
the main panel. See the description in "pegasus.doc" under
  "Hot Keys".

  9)
Added a "Zero Out Seconds" button to the UTC World Time Window.
When this button is clicked, if the seconds are less than 30,
the seconds of time will be set back to zero. If the seconds are
greater than 30, the seconds will be moved ahead to zero. In this
manner, minor time corrections to the system clock can be easily
  made.

  10)
Added interface for the logging program "writelog". This should
now work exactly in the same manner as the way "writelog" was
set up to work with the Ten-Tec version of the Pegasus program.

  11)
Added a memory scan feature. A new key has been added between the
"Store" and "Recall" keys called "Scan". Clicking this key will
cause the stored memory file to be scanned one frequency at a time.
The time spent on each memory is called the dwell time. The dwell
time is specified in the preferences window. It must be between 1 and
30 seconds. The default dwell time is 2 seconds. All the memories
in the loaded memory file will be scanned. When it gets to the last
entry, it will start over at the first memory of the file. You will
most likely make special memory files to use this scan feature. You
can stop the memory scan by clicking again on the "Scan" button.

  12)
Extended Frequency coverage to 32.999999 Mhz. This is for
general transverter coverage. The Pegasus is not
guaranteed to meet specs in the range above 30 Mhz.
