30 Meters may be the best all around (sort of range limited in the day) with
plenty of open spaces, but do we want to stay off of WARC? If we do then
maybe 40 at night and 20 day. Lets pick freqs were all with hf privilages
can come so that we can (on the off chance that there is someone willing to
put in the effort and learn) include all and get them "Up toSpeed".
