Not necessarily Tom... one or both of Tim's OMNI VI PIN diode(s)
associated with that filter could be bad, and it would still act as you
describe. If the levels associated with the other PIN diodes when
selected-and when NOT selected-are the same as those for the non-working
filters' PIN diodes, then the PIN diode(s) should be the cause-as an OPEN.
