[TenTec] Question on 9 Mhz 1.8 Filter for Omni 6+

Hi, I just purchased a 9mhz, 1.8 narrow filter from TT for my 6+ and noticed 
there's a red dot mark on one end. Are these filters directional and must be 
installed one way, or does it matter how they go in.
