Ok, I have learned that the "shiny" silver gadget is where the TCXO is adjusted, through the small hole in the top. But, I can't get the bottom cover off!! I have removed what appear to be the only 9 sheet metal screws holding it on; unless the bail or feet need to come off as well. The cover just will not budge! Maybe I am not strong enough. Any thoughts, or what have I missed? BTW, MixW indicates right now off frequency by 26.5 Hz; that is what I want to adjust away. 73, Jim KH7M |
