After 24 hours, the best 1PPS TI  I can achieve is about +100ns even with
the GPS lock indicator on.

Although accuracy into the Ten Tec RX-340 is still excellent, the margin of
error is still no better than 1X10-7 which is far out of spec.  What type of
TI readings are the rest of you seeing?   Also, after a period of time does
your SatStat receiver status indicate "frequency is stable?"
