[TenTec] CAT strings from OMNI VI+

Anyone know what the format is for the response string from the OMNI VI+ CAT
port when the Continuous Data Echo mode is enabled (Menu 2 - CdE).  Appears
to be two types - with a 0 or 1 in the Command Echo byte, but these are not
documented in my OMNI VI+ documentation.  With a 0 in the command echo byte,
the frequency along with other information is there.
