Use of 234 over frequency in MHz is plenty good for your radials. Real
Earth is going to alter the effective resonance of them due to capacity
anyway, so it doe not matter that much, unless you can characterize your
earth under the radials. Jim Smith of VK land found that even identical
length radials did not carry identical currents due to local conditions
where the end of one radial might have some conductor near it, or earth
character changed in the land under the radial field. What you might do is
make each one long a bit, and then fine tune them each to equality with a
current meter around each radial as per the Jim Smith CQ article of a few
years back. Then again, it probably won't make much difference in the omni
pattern. You could put it up with some extra length and see first how they
work, then fine tune if indicated.
