Using the USPS Parcel Post also works;  it would take about
six weeks,  and be sure to Insure the shipment!!  You also
could use USPS Priority Mail,  but almost certainly more
expensive than Fed Ex Ground;  at least that was my
experience on one rig.  Priority Mail wanted about $130;
Fed Ex Ground to the US Mainland (Colorado) was only
$39.  I thought that was a bargain!
