I just got mine updated. The labor cost was $ 55.00 and the freight
was $ 47.78 - both ways I believe as they had it picked up in Plano,
TX
Dick, N5XRDLook at my post when I put it up for sale two days ago for a description of what was done. And what IS the cost for bringing an early Orion up to current level? With the used market as active as it is, that would be good to know.I don't have an exact number. For my Orion, which is out of the original shipped batch and has none of the updates installed, I was told about 1 1/2 hours labor plus shipping both ways. Don't recall the labor rate, but it was not exhorbitant. I probably have it written down at home, but I'm playing Road Warrior this week :-) Grant/NQ5T _______________________________________________ TenTec mailing list TenTec@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/tentec |
