Sure do.  Lead is used as a stabilizer in some PVC insulation.   I'm aware of 
one case of  lead poisoning that occurred in an electronics tech who had gotten 
into the habit of chewing on pieces of wire.  See

It's not enough of a potential exposure to stay away from the headphones, but 
one more reason not to feed them to your toddler.
