Regarding the question as to the battery and set-up for the Hercules II: In spite of all the non-answers I received I did get some good advice: BATTERY: good quality 100Ah deep cycle marine type battery CHARGER: A&A Engineering 5A SMART BATTERY (quiet and can stay connected 24/7) _http://www.a-aengineering.com_ (http://www.a-aengineering.com) INSTALLATION: Place battery in an acid resistant box and well ventilated space. MISC: Make sure you use proper sized cables and fuse all leads. Best to install a battery disconnect switch for emergencies. Thanks Alan KB7MBI |
