Although I don't know what that signal is, I'm sure it is a commercial
operation. As you know, there are rtty and other stations at various parts
of the band which also appear to be either commercial or military. I think
it's probably best to simply ignore it and avoid it.

Don't know what it is, but remember that ham radio shares 30M with
commercial users, and I think we're required to avoid QRMing them.
