[TenTec] Scout S-meters

Gang..

I've got four scotts and while I enjoy the daylights out of them,  
three of the four have kaput meters..

ten tec is long out of stock.

they look like a cheap import meter (more than likely why 3 out of 4  
have failed)

has anyone found a replacement that works?
