[TenTec] RX settings for 2.041XT?

Hi all,
 
Some time ago, a kind soul on this reflector posted a list of RX menu  
settings that worked well for him when running 2.041XT on his O II.  I've  now 
installed 2.041XT, but can't find the list.
 
Can anyone help?
