[TenTec] ALC light on Orion II

I am using the latest prroduction firmware.
I just noticed this behavior. The alc light seems ok on the low bands. I 
noticed starting at twenty meter and up, the alc light flicker is reduced. I 
notice it will almost not come on at 24 mhz. But my audio seems ok. Anyone 
notice this? Cw seems ok; just ssb.
