For the first 15 minutes or so of operation, the digital readout of my Omni-D
shows "float" or a sort of "ripple" in the digital readouts as they flick to
different values from left to right. Another fellow has the same problem and
has a video on Youtube.

Any thoughts about causes? I've changed the tantalum cap and the electrolytics
on the readout pcb's. Hitting the processor, etc with a freeze spray didn't
cause changes.
I've also resoldered some of the connections in the readout assembly.
After 15 minutes or so, all is normal.
