I don't know how many technicians but I sent my Orion II to them May 3, I am
expecting it back per Fedex today, May 19. Not a bad turn around. Battery
and some compactors replaced.
I talked to the technician at the service center, he sounded very positive
about their future.
Lets keep our fingers crossed, I'd love to see an Orion III or Omni 8
