Hey all - new guy with little electronics xp hoping to find a
solution for a Scout that won't tx. Happened suddenly - simply no
output out of the blue. Have tried multiple power sources, antennas
and band modules - same across the board.
Read something about bypassing finals to narrow down possible
issues, but instructions weren't very clear to someone who is new
to hardware issue diagnosis.
Any ideas welcome!

Mike,
Were you transmitting when the power dropped; if so what mode? If
CW were you using the internal keyer? Or did you just have no power
when you turned it on? Any chance of reverse polarity with original
PS. There is a reverse polarity diode that might have popped. Just
fishing.
