Nick,
Ditto N0DH. I worked him twice last year and sent 2 cards (January and
February), 1 with Green Stamp and the other IRC. I have talked to him on
20 meters and he has not gotten either. Some people have gotten through
with IRC but not me. I am debating wether it's worth the 3rd try.
