Paul,
As has been previously reported, the new holder of W4DX is the grandson
of the original W4DX. He waited as it had been his grandfather's wish
that the call go to his local radio club. However, on checking up on
the club it was determined that the club had been disbanded recently.
Thus, rather than letting the call go to just anyone, it was taken
before the gate 2 free for all.
