TopBand: Jx7dfa qrv on toband

Per is now qrv on 160 and 80 with high power and a 1/4 wawe antenna.
He will try to be on around his sunrise every morning from now on and
until he is in 24 hoer daylight on may 14th. He will transmitt on 1822.5
and listen 2up. On 80m he will be in the dx window above 3780 and
usually around 0000z.
